摘 要:采动工作面小煤柱沿空掘巷受自身掘进和相邻工作面回采的双重扰动影响,巷道应力环境复杂,常规支护方式不能维持巷道围岩的稳定。以山西经坊煤矿3-5092回风顺槽为工程背景,采用分段支护的方法对巷道围岩的支护方式进行优化,并基于锚杆无损检测系统对巷道围岩的支护效果进行评价。结果表明:实体煤掘进阶段受掘进扰动的影响,稳定期内巷道围岩应力将重新分布,在巷道变形过程中锚杆能发挥主动支护的效果;在相邻采动工作面沿空掘巷相遇阶段,巷道围岩发生结构性应力调整,帮部锚杆的工作载荷整体高于顶部锚杆,需对煤柱侧巷道帮部进行加强支护;沿空掘巷阶段受掘进扰动的影响,锚杆轴力增大但增幅较小,此阶段巷道稳定性较好。通过现场工业性试验与锚杆轴力监测,揭示了不同阶段巷道围岩的时空应力演化特征,验证了分段支护设计方案的合理性。The roadway with small coal pillar in mining-driven working face is affected by the double disturbance of its own tunneling and the mining of adjacent working face.The stress environment of roadway is complex,and the conventional support method cannot maintain the stability of surrounding rock of roadway.Take 3-5092 return air grooving of Jingfang coal mine in Shanxi province as the engineering background,adopts the method of section support to optimize the supporting method of roadway surrounding rock,and evaluates the supporting effect of roadway surrounding rock based on the bolt nondestructive testing system.The results show that the roadway surrounding rock stress will be redistributed during the stable period due to the influence of the excavation disturbance in the solid coal excavation stage,and the rock bolt can play an active support effect in the roadway deformation process.In the meeting stage of the adjacent mining face,the structural stress of the surrounding rock is adjusted,and the working load of the anchor bolt at the side of the coal pillar is higher than that of the top bolt as a whole,so it is necessary to strengthen the support of the roadway at the coal pillar side.Influenced by the driving disturbance,the axial force of the bolt increases but the increase is small,and the roadway stability is good in this stage.Through the field industrial test and bolt axial force monitoring,the spatial and temporal stress evolution characteristics of roadway surrounding rock at different stages are revealed,and the rationality of the segmented support design scheme is verified.
