摘  要:为了有效解决工作面初采期因顶板大面积垮落而导致的瓦斯超限问题,采用现场实测和离散元数值模拟的方法,对申南凹煤矿20106工作面初采期的瓦斯涌出规律和顶板垮落特征进行了研究,提出了高位钻孔动态布孔工艺及其技术参数,并进行了现场应用考察。研究结果表明:20106工作面初采期瓦斯涌出量为14.4 m^(3)/min,需要抽采的最小瓦斯量为7.20 m^(3)/min;采空区顶板初次发生大面积冒落后,裂隙带发育最大高度为12 m,上邻近层1下煤层将垮落进入采空区,并释放大量瓦斯;随着工作面持续推进顶板垮落高度不断增大,覆岩破裂线以“乁”形向外扩展;当工作面推进长度等于工作面长度时,覆岩裂隙带发育高度达到最大,为48 m,约为13倍的采高;初采期180 m范围内共设计5个动态高位钻场,各钻场终孔目标高度依次增大,分别为11、16、22、31、38 m;采用抽采措施后上隅角及回风流的瓦斯浓度分别为0.42%、0.40%。In order to effectively solve the problem of gas overrun caused by large-area roof collapse in the initial mining period of the working face,using the methods of field measurement and discrete element numerical simulation,the gas emission law and roof collapse characteristics of 20106 working face in Shennanwa coal mine are studied,the dynamic hole layout technology and technical parameters of high-level drilling are put forward,and the field application is investigated.The results show that the gas emission in the initial mining period of 20106 working face is 14.4 m^(3)/min,and the minimum gas to be pumped is 7.20 m^(3)/min;the roof of the goaf falls behind in a large area for the first time,and the maximum height of the fracture zone is 12 m.The upper adjacent layer 1downand the lower coal seam will collapse into the goaf and release a large amount of gas;with the continuous advancement of the working face,the roof collapse height increases,and the overburden fracture line expands outward in the shape of " 乁 ";when the advancing length of the working face is equal to the length of the working face,the maximum development height of the overburden fracture zone is 48 m,which is about13 times the mining height;five dynamic high-level drilling sites are designed within 180 m in the initial mining period,and the final hole height of each drilling site increases in turn,which are 11,16,22,31 m and 38 m respectively;after adopting drainage measures,the gas concentrations in the upper corner and return air flow are 0.42% and 0.40% respectively.
