摘 要:为研究瓦斯抽采过程中钻孔变形失稳对抽采效果的影响,在分析钻孔的变形规律和钻孔中瓦斯流动规律的基础上,设计并搭建了钻孔变形失稳瓦斯抽采相似模拟试验系统,同时建立了瓦斯抽采流固耦合数学模型,最后以陕西蒋家河煤矿为例,采用COMSOL软件对不同变形失稳程度下的钻孔抽采负压分布规律进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明:在钻孔完整的条件下,沿钻孔长度的抽采负压分布近似为线性。孔口的抽采负压增大,钻孔的抽采流量也增大,钻孔内的负压损失同时增大,但与孔口相比仍然很小,仅占3.38%~4.11%。当钻孔的孔底发生一定程度的塌孔时,由于阻力系数的增大,在塌孔段的沿程损失要大于完整孔,由于在塌孔段内的流量相对于完整孔较小,其负压损失比完整孔有所增加,占孔口负压的8.9%~17.5%。当钻孔的中部发生塌孔时,负压损失比完整孔大,但比底部塌孔时有所降低,占孔口负压的7.6%~16.9%。研究结果为确定钻孔坍塌位置和钻孔的日常维护提供理论依据。To study the influence of borehole deformation and instability on the effect of gas extraction.According to the deformation of borehole and the characteristics of gas flow in the process of gas extraction,a similar simulation test system of borehole deformation and instability during pumping is designed and set up.The fluid-solid coupling model is established,and the distribution of negative pressure is studied by COMSOL under the condition of borehole deformation and instability in different degrees.The results show that the distribution of negative pressure along the length of borehole is approximately linear.The negative pressure loss in the borehole increases with the increase of the suction pressure at the orifice,but it is still poor compared with that at the orifice 3.38%-4.11%.When the bottom of a borehole collapses to a certain extent,the loss along the collapse section is greater than that in the intact section due to the increase of the resistance coefficient.The flow rate in the collapse section is smaller than that in the intact section,the loss of negative pressure is 8.9%-17.5% of the total negative pressure.When the hole collapses in the middle of the hole,the negative pressure loss is larger than that of the whole hole,but lower than that of the bottom hole,accounting for 7.6%-16.9%of the negative pressure of the hole orifice.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for determining the location of borehole collapse and drilling routine protection.
