摘 要:为了提高低透气性单一厚煤层瓦斯抽采效率,提出了水力冲压联合卸压增透抽采瓦斯技术,通过实验室压汞实验分析了鹤壁矿区不同煤体结构特征,基于硬煤和软煤的煤层赋存条件,分析了导控型水力冲压联合卸压技术原理,首先施工水力冲孔导向孔,然后进行水力压裂作业,使得瓦斯抽采单元产生较大幅度的塑性变形,孔隙裂隙网络发育,能够大范围提高煤体透气性。分别通过在鹤煤三矿和六矿的井下现场试验,抽采2个月采用水力冲压联合卸压增透技术可达到采用常规水力冲孔技术的2倍多,说明水力冲压联合卸压增透技术在鹤壁矿区取得较好的瓦斯抽采效果。In order to improve the efficiency of low permeability gas extraction from a single thick coal seam,put forward the joint unloading hydraulic stamping anti-reflection extraction gas technology,Hebi mining area was analyzed through laboratory mercury injection experiment of different coal body structure characteristics,based on hard coal and soft coal seam occurrence condition,analyzes the control type hydraulic punching joint unloading technology principle,construction of the first hydraulic punching guide hole.Then the hydraulic fracturing operation makes the gas extraction unit produce a relatively large plastic deformation,and the pore fracture network develops,which can improve the coal permeability in a large range.Through the underground field tests in Hebi No.3 mine and No.6 mine respectively,it is found that the hydraulic stamping combined pressure relief and reflection improvement technology can achieve more than two times of the conventional hydraulic punching technology after two months of pumping,indicating that the hydraulic stamping combined pressure relief and reflection improvement technology has achieved better pumping effect in Hebi mining area.
