摘 要:针对经典悬链线理论确定输送带悬垂指标存在精确度的问题,同时考虑到深槽型带式输送机很多应用于斜巷甚至大倾角斜巷,故此,在分析输送带悬垂度时,引入输送带弹性模量以及输送机倾斜角。分别用经典与弹性悬链线理论,推导出相邻辊组间最大悬垂量的解析式。通过实例进行仿真验证,进而得出结果,并展现其规律性。结果表明:引入弹性模量计算结果与经典悬链线理论的计算结果差异明显。倾斜角大于15°时不能忽略倾斜角对输送带悬垂指标的影响,对深槽型带式机设计校核以及运行安全、生产节能具有重要意义。In response to the classic suspension chain line theory,there is a problem with accuracy of the conveyor′s hanging indicator.At the same time,considering that deep tank type belt conveyors are used in oblique alleys or even large tilt-angle lanes.The corner of the elastic modulus and the conveyor.Use the theory of classic and elastic suspension links to derive the analysis of the maximum hanging quantity between the neighboring rollers.The simulation verification is performed through the example,and the results are obtained and the regularity is displayed.The results show that the calculation results of the introduction of elastic modulus and the calculation results of the classic suspension line theory are obvious.The impact of the inclined angle cannot be ignored when the tilt angle cannot be ignored on the conveyor belt hanging indicator,which is of great significance on the design of the deep groove-type band-type machine design and operation safely and production energy conservation.
