摘 要:针对矿用锚杆钻机自动化水平低,难以实现钻锚全流程自动循环作业的问题,改进设计了钻机钻动部结构,使钻机具备自动安装螺母锁紧锚杆的功能。同时基于电液比例控制技术改进设计了钻机液压控制系统。在此基础上,以PLC为核心设计了锚杆钻车自动钻锚控制系统。经仿真实验平台测试验证,该控制系统可以使锚杆钻机自动完成钻锚循环作业,作业状态全程可视可控,提高了锚杆钻机钻锚系统的自动化水平。Aiming at the problem of low automation level of mine bolting rigs and difficulty in realizing the automatic circulation operation of the whole process of drilling and anchoring,the structure of the drilling part of the drilling rig is improved and designed,so that the drilling rig has the function of automatically installing nuts and locking the bolts.In addition,the hydraulic control system of drilling rig is designed based on electro-hydraulic proportional controltechnology.On this basis,the automatic drilling and anchoring control system of the bolting rig is developed with PLC as the control core.The test and verification of the experimental platform shows thatthe control system can make the bolting rig complete automatic drilling and anchoring cycle operations,and the operation status of the drilling rig can be visualized and controllable throughout the whole process,which improves the automation degree of the bolter rig′s drilling and anchoring system.
