摘  要:以王洼矿区为研究对象,通过对矿区内主要可采煤层5^(#)煤层煤炭勘查煤质资料并结合采样测试等进行整理分析研究,绘制了灰分、挥发分、硫分和水分等值线图,分析其变化规律,并参考煤炭清洁利用潜势评价体系和直接液化用煤、气化用煤及中低温热解用煤煤质评价指标,对5^(#)煤层进行洁净等级划分和清洁利用分区。研究结果如下:王洼矿区5^(#)煤属于Ⅲ级较好洁净煤,矿区5^(#)煤层适用于直接液化用煤资源量为0.59亿t,固定床气化用煤资源量为5.08亿t,中低温热解用煤资源量为6.28亿t。Wangwa mining area is rich in coal resources.At present,it is mainly power coal,and it is necessary to improve the efficient and clean utilization of coal.Wangwa mining area is taken as the research object.Through the collation and analysis of the coal quality data of coal exploration in No.5coal seam,which is the main minable coal seam in the mining area,and combined with the sampling test,the contour maps of ash,volatile matter,sulfur and moisture are plotted,and the variation law is analyzed.Referring to the potential evaluation system of coal clean utilization and the coal quality evaluation indexes of direct liquefaction coal,gasification coal and medium-low temperature pyrolysis coal,the clean grade division and clean utilization zoning of No.5 coal seam are carried out.The research results are as follows:No.5 coal seam in Wangwa mining area belongs to grade Ⅲ clean coal The coal resources suitable for direct liquefaction of No.5 coal seam in mining area are 59 million tons508 million tons for fixed bed gasification,and 628 million tons for medium-low temperature pyrolysis.
