摘　　要：在中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会上,习近平总书记指出,中国共产党在百年奋斗历程中,之所以能够正确回答时代和实践提出的重大问题,归根结底在于“两个结合”,即将马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际、同中华优秀传统文化的有效结合。在百年党史视域下,审视“和平解放西藏”这一历史事件,可见中国共产党从“政通”“心通”“文通”三个维度,始终坚持解放西藏的“和平”本质,注重将马克思主义基本原理与藏族宗教、民族等实际问题相结合,注重与西藏历史文化相结合,体现了其坚持人民至上的根本原则与坚定中国特色社会主义的不变信念。以此“三维”为特征的历史事实,呈现出中国共产党处理民族问题、历史遗留问题时的执政智慧,以及全心全意为人民服务的根本立场,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供了西藏经验。From the perspective of the Party's centennial history,we can see that the Communist Party of China has always adhered to the"peaceful"nature of the liberation of Tibet from the three dimensions of"political communication","spiritual communication"and"cultural communication","Poltical communication"means political settlement as the main line;"spiritual communication"means to enhance the emotional bond between Han and Tibetan people;"cultural communication"refers to cultural identity.Prior to entering Tibet,the Party did preliminary research to promote the in-depth integration of Han and Tibetan cultures.This historical fact,characterized by"three dimensions",shows the ruling wisdom of the Communist Party of China in dealing with ethnic issues and problems left over from history,as well as its fundamental position of serving the people wholeheartedly.It is also the historical experience of the Communist Party of China based on"Two combinations"to promote the sinicization of Marxist national theory.
