摘　　要：张云先生是我国藏学研究领域具有突出贡献的专家,长期致力于西藏古代历史文化研究,特别侧重西藏早期文明史、唐代吐蕃、元代吐蕃史、清代西藏地方历史研究,兼及西藏当代现实问题、涉藏对外传播研究等,享受国务院政府特殊津贴、获全国五一劳动奖章。张云先生著作等身,不仅在西藏历史研究方面卓有建树,而且关注西藏现实问题和涉藏传播等,多次担任中国藏学家代表团、中国藏文化交流团团长,出访20余个国家,向国际发出中国藏学研究者的学术声音,在把握涉藏国际传播的学术话语权方面发挥了重要影响。张云先生还应邀到中央国家部委、国内外数十所高校做学术讲座,参与起草国务院新闻办公室发布的涉藏白皮书多部。文章对张云先生的学术历程做了介绍,并就如何看待藏文史书的叙述传统、西藏历史研究和边疆研究的学术贡献及经验以及学术历程中如何应对不同挑战等进行了采访。Mr.Zhang Yun is an expert with outstanding contributions in Tibetology research in China,and has long been devoted to the study of the ancient history and culture of Tibet,with special emphasis on the history of early Tibetan civilization,the history of the Tubo during the Tang and Yuan Dynasty,and the local history of Tibet in the Qing Dynasty,as well as the contemporary issues of Tibet and the study of Tibet's external publicity.He enjoys the special government allowance of the State Council and has won a National Labour Medal.Mr.Zhang Yun has written many books and papers in the study of the Tibetan history,and he has also paid close attention to the realities of Tibet and the external publicity of Tibet-related issues.He has served as the head of the Chinese Tibetologist delegation and the Chinese Tibetan Culture Exchange Group for many times,visiting more than 20 countries,introducing the academic perspectives of the Tibetologists in China to the international community,and exerting a significant influence in grasping the right of academic discourse on Tibet-related international communication.Additionally,he gave academic lectures to the ministries and commissions of the central government and dozens of universities at home and abroad.Moreover,he has participated in the drafting of a number of Tibet-related white papers issued by the Information Office of the State Council.This article contains the content of an interview with Mr.Zhang Yun about his academic experience,his view of the narrative tradition of the Tibetan history books,his academic contributions and experiences of Tibetan historical studies and frontier studies,and how he met different challenges in his academic journey.
