摘　　要：目的观察针刺治疗肝阳上亢型急性眩晕病的临床疗效。方法选取2019年7月至2021年12月北京市第一中西医结合医院急诊科收治的70例肝阳上亢型急性眩晕病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组采用苯海拉明注射液治疗,观察组采用针灸治疗,比较两组患者治疗前以及治疗15min、30min、60min、120min时的眩晕症状和临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组的眩晕症状视觉模拟评分均低于治疗前,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后各个时间点,观察组的治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺治疗肝阳上亢型急性眩晕病,能迅速改善症状,疗效明显,值得临床普及应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on acute vertigo with hyperactivity of liver yang.Methods A total of 70 vertigo patients with hyperactivity of liver yang who treated in emergency department of Beijing First Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35)according to random number table method.The observation group was treated with acupuncture and the control group was treated with diphenhydramine injection.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of vertigo symptoms before treatment,15 minutes,30 minutes,60 minutes and 120 minutes in the two groups were observed and the clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at each time point after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture in the treatment of acute vertigo with hyperactivity of liver yang has a more significant and fast effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
