基于CiteSpace的安宁疗护发展现状可视化探析

摘　　要：目的分析2012—2022年安宁疗护相关文献发表情况,探究我国安宁疗护领域研究热点和发展趋势。方法以中国知网数据库(CNKI)为检索平台,检索2012年1月至2022年9月发表的安宁疗护相关文献,运用CiteSpace6.1R3软件对资料进行可视化分析。结果共纳入692篇文献,发文量呈现整体上升趋势,研究热点聚焦安宁疗护本领域,以临床医学类文献占比最高,研究机构主要来自医疗机构和科研院校,部分安宁疗护相关研究能够获得相应的科研项目支持。结论我国近年来安宁疗护事业发展迅速,但也存在理论研究不充分、研究领域局限、政策支持滞后、队伍建设缺乏系统性等问题。安宁疗护不仅是医疗问题,还是重要民生,需要全社会的共同关注和广泛参与,推动这项事业健康可持续发展。Objective Based on the analysis of the published literature on hospice care from 2012 to 2022,the research focuses and development trends in the field of hospice care in China were explored to provide reference for the research in this field.Methods Using CNKI database as the retrieval platform,the key words included hospice related literature from January 2012 to September 2022.CiteSpace 6.1R3 software was used for visual analysis of the data.Results A total of 692 articles were included in this study,and the number of articles published showed an overall upward trend.The research focused on the field of hospice care,with clinical medical literature accounting for the highest proportion.The research institutions mainly came from medical institutions and scientific research institutions.Some hospice care related research could obtain the support of corresponding scientific research projects.Conclusion The cause of hospice care in China has developed rapidly in recent years,but there are also problems such as insufficient theoretical research,limitations in research fields,lagging policy support,and lack of systematic team building.Hospice care is not only a medical problem,but also an important livelihood issue.It needs the common attention and broad participation of the whole society to promote the healthy and sustainable development of this cause.
