摘　　要：互联网+医疗服务是缓解群众看病就医难题的重要手段。基于平台化、一体化、便民化、智能化的建设原则,按照互联网+医疗服务以及智慧医院建设标准,结合专科特点,设计了包含互联网医院服务平台、远程医疗协作平台、儿童健康管理平台3部分的互联网+医疗服务总体架构,并通过互联网+医疗服务建设将医疗服务延伸到患儿家中,从而达到优质医疗资源下沉目标。认为差异化、智慧化、联通化是儿童专科医院互联网+医疗服务建设的方向。Internet plus medical service is an important means to alleviate the problem of people's medical treatment.Based on the construction principles of platformization,integration,convenience and intelligence,it has designed an overall architecture of Internet plus medical service including Internet hospital service platform,telemedicine collaboration platform and children's health management platform in accordance with Internet plus medical service and smart hospital construction standards,combined with the characteristics of specialty.Through the construction of Internet plus medical service,medical service is extended to the homes of children,thereby achieving the goal of sinking high-quality medical resources.Furthermore,it is proposed that differentiation,intelligence and connectivity are the development direction of Internet plus medical service construction of children's specialized hospitals in the future.
