摘  要:基于5G网络与区块链技术,构建了危重症患儿全流程闭环转运体系,通过转运平台实现转运各环节的紧密衔接,并设置危重症患儿病情早期恶化风险评估及预警、临床危急值提醒、新生儿液体治疗监控警示、儿童重症肺炎快速分级等辅助决策功能,形成高效、安全、便捷的危重症患儿转运网络,提高了危重症患儿院际转运诊疗质量,确保了患儿转运安全。Based on 5G network and blockchain technology,the Children's Hospital of Fudan University has built a whole-process closed-loop transport system for critically ill children,which realizes close connection of all links through the transport platform.Furthermroe,auxiliary decision-making functions such as risk assessment and early warning system for early deterioration of critically ill children,clinical critical value reminder,monitoring and warning system for neonatal liquid treatment,rapid grading system for severe pneumonia are set up to form an efficient,safe and convenient transport network for critically ill children,which improves the quality of interhospital transport for critically ill children and ensures the safety of their transport.
