摘　　要：儿童癌症治疗可能伴随患儿生育力受损风险。针对儿童生育力保护需求和特点,以小儿外科为核心,组建多学科协作小组,对癌症儿童生育力进行多学科协作保护,促进诊疗过程标准化,进而提高癌症儿童远期生存质量。The treatment of children cancer may be accompanied by a risk of impaired fertility.In response to the needs and characteristics of child fertility preservation,with pediatric surgery as the core,a multidisciplinary collaborative group for cancer child fertility protection is established to protect the fertility of cancer children,which helps to promote standardization of the diagnosis and treatment process and improve the long-term quality of life of children with cancer.
