摘 要:低驼峰式出水流道结构设计不当易引发偏流现象,将严重影响大型低扬程泵装置的安全稳定运行。依据浙江省某泵站的有关参数,采用三维数值计算的方法,对泵站整体模型水流流场进行模拟,并通过物理模型试验进行计算可靠性验证。结果表明,湍流模型Realizable k-ε的计算结果与试验结果最接近;泵站低驼峰式出水流道空间流线随过流断面的扩散而扭曲,其扭曲程度随流量的减小而加强;在低驼峰式出水流道中设置中隔墩有助于优化流场,但会使低驼峰式出水流道的水力损失增加;通过对不同几何参数的中隔墩进行多方案比较,发现在低驼峰式出水流道中设置长为3.90D、宽为0.10D的中隔墩流场优化效果最佳。研究结果可为同类型泵站工程优化设计提供一定借鉴。The low-hump-type outlet channel is a typical outlet channel between the siphon-type outlet channel and the straight-pipe-type outlet channel.Improper design of the channel structure will cause drift,which will seriously affect safe and stable operation of large-scale low-lift pump devices.In this study,the water flow field of the overall model of the pumping station is simulated using a three-dimensional numerical calculation approach,and the accuracy of the calculations is tested using a physical model.The geometrical parameters of the pumping station were taken from a pumping station in Zhejiang.The results show that the calculation results of the turbulence model Realizable k-ε are the closest to the experimental results.According to the study,the spatial streamline in low hump exit flow channel of the pumping station is distorted as the flow cross section diffuses,and the degree of distortion increases as the flow rate decreases.Middle pier placement in the low-hump outlet flow channel helps to optimize the flow field,but it raises hydraulic loss in the low-hump outlet flow channel.The ideal result of the flow field optimization of the middle pier with a length of 3.90D and a width of 0.10D is found in the low-hump-type outlet flow channel through comparison of several schemes for the middle piers with varying geometric parameters.This study can serve as reference for the ideal engineering design of similar pumping station.
