达明饮所含主要有效成分对糖尿病视网膜病变治疗的作用机制

摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病最严重并发症之一,严重损害患者视网膜微血管状态及视力情况。达明饮为治疗DR的经验方,在前期临床及实验研究方面具有充分的研究支持,但在其所含主要有效成分方面,尚缺乏对其作用机制的具体阐述。依据前期网络药理学研究,围绕达明饮中有效中药成分:槲皮素、山柰酚、黄芩素、木犀草素、薯蓣皂素、β-谷甾醇,论证达明饮中主要中药单体是通过降低机体血糖、抗凋亡、抗氧化、抗炎、保护视神经、减少新生血管形成、改善眼底供氧等作用机制,起到改善DR非增殖性及增殖性病理变化的作用。深度阐明达明饮中有效成分治疗DR的作用机制,填补理论研究空白,为临床用药及药物制备提供理论指导,有可能通过提高方中有效成分的利用率,以提升全方的疗效,具有十分重要的应用意义。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the most serious complications of diabetes,severely damaging the retinal microvascular state and visual acuity of patients.Daming Decoction is an empirical prescription used to treat DR,which has been supported by extensive research in previous clinical and experimental studies.However,there is still a lack of specific elucidation on the mechanism of action of its main active components.Based on previous network pharmacology research,focusing on the active components in Daming Decoction,including quercetin,kaempferol,baicalein,luteolin,diosgenin,and beta-sitosterol,it was hypothesized that the main monomers in Daming Decoction exerted their effects in improving the non-proliferative and proliferative pathological changes of DR through mechanisms such as reducing blood glucose levels,resisting apoptosis,oxidation,and inflammation,protecting the optic nerve,reducing neovascularization,and improving retinal oxygen supply.By deeply elucidating the mechanism of action of the active components in Daming Decoction for the treatment of DR,this research aimed to fill the theoretical research gap,provide theoretical guidance for clinical medication and drug preparation,and potentially improve the overall therapeutic effect by enhancing the utilization of active components in the prescription.This research has significant practical implications.
