中医药外治法治疗骨关节炎研究进展

摘　　要：骨关节炎(OA)是一种以关节软骨退化损伤、关节边缘和软骨下骨反应性增生为主的退行性疾病,中老年人群高发,治疗以改善症状、延缓病情为主要目的。中医外治法治疗OA具有历史悠久、疗效显著、操作便捷、安全性高等优势,民族医外治法更是独具特色,在辅助内治法基础上可有效改善OA患者临床症状,提高其生命质量。近年来,中医药外治法广泛应用于OA的辅助治疗,取得了较为丰硕的研究成果,现总结、整理OA外治法研究进展,提出中医药外治法的不足及展望,以期为后续研究提供参考。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a degenerative disease characterized by degeneration and injury of articular cartilage and reactive hyperplasia of articular edge and subchondral bone.It is highly prevalent in middle-aged and elderly people and the treatment mainly focuses on alleviating the symptoms and slowing down the progression.The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with a long history has demonstrated significant therapeutic effect,simple operation,and high safety.The external treatment of ethnic medicine is even more unique,capable of mitigating the clinical symptoms and improving the quality of life of OA patients.In recent years,the external treatment of TCM has been widely used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of OA and has achieved fruitful achievements.This paper reviewed the research progress in the external treatment of OA by TCM and put forward the shortcomings and further research prospects of such treatment,aiming to provide references for the follow-up research.
