摘　　要：目的:评价临床药师在肠外营养治疗会诊的效果,探讨可能影响会诊结局的相关因素。方法:对2017年1月~2021年12月临床药师参与肠外营养治疗会诊的病例进行回顾性分析,以临床药师会诊意见采纳率作为主要指标,临床治疗有效率作为结局指标。采用二元Logistic回归模型分析结局指标的影响因素。结果:最终纳入129例患者,会诊意见采纳率为87.6%,临床治疗有效率为82.2%,1例患者发生了不良事件。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,肝功能不全和会诊意见采纳情况对患者临床结局的影响具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床药师参与会诊,能够提高患者肠外营养治疗的安全性和有效性。Objective:To evaluate the effect of clinical pharmacists in the consultation for parenteral nutrition(PN)support,and to explore the factors potentially influencing the outcome of consultation.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted for the cases with involvement of clinical pharmacists in PN support consultation in a hospital between January 2017 and December 2021.The acceptance rate of suggestions raised by clinical pharmacists in consultation was used as the primary measure,and the clinical response rate was used as the study outcome.The binary logistic regression model was employed to analyze the contributing factors to the outcome.Results:Totally 129 patients were included in this study.The acceptance rate of suggestions from consultation was 87.6%,and the clinical response rate was 82.2%.One patient experienced adverse events.The results of analysis using multivariate logistic regression indicated statistically significant impact of hepatic insufficiency and the acceptance of suggestions from consultation on the clinical outcome of the patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists'participation in consultation helps to improve the safety and efficacy of PN support.
