摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合管理对髋臼周围截骨术患者术后疼痛症状、生活能力的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月接受髋臼周围截骨手术的髋关节发育不良患者40例,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组20例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上行中西医结合管理,观察2组围术期疼痛症状评分、髋关节Harris评分及Barthel指数的变化。结果随时间延长2组术后VAS评分均呈下降趋势(P<0.05),干预组术后各时间点VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月2组各维度髋关节Harris评分及总分均较术前明显增高,且干预组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组术前Barthel指数的差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),术后1、3个月2组的Barthel指数均较术前升高,且干预组术后1、3个月Barthel指数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西结合护理管理可减轻髋臼周围截骨术患者术后疼痛症状,促进髋关节功能恢复,提升其日常生活能力,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine management on postoperative pain symptoms and living ability of patients undergoing periacetabular osteotomy.Methods A total of 40 patients with hip dysplasia surgically treated with periacetabular osteotomy in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were recruited.They were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 20 cases in each group.Conventional nursing was given to all patients,and an integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine management was additionally given to those of intervention group.The perioperative Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,Harris Hip Score(HHS)and Barthel index(BI)were compared between groups.Results The postoperative VAS scores in patients of both groups gradually decreased over time(P<0.05),which,at each time point were significantly lower in the intervention group than in control group(P<0.05).At 3 months postoperatively,HHS of each dimension and the total score in both groups were significantly enhanced than those of preoperative values,which were significantly higher in the intervention group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the preoperative BI between groups(P>0.05),which were enhanced at 1 and 3 months postoperatively in both groups.The BI at 1 and 3 months postoperatively in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing management can reduce postoperative pain symptoms of patients with periacetabular osteotomy,promote the recovery of hip joint function,and improve their ability of daily living.It is worthy of clinical application.
