摘　　要：代谢型谷氨酸受体5(mGluR5)是中枢谷氨酸能系统的重要受体之一,在中枢神经系统方面发挥着重要作用,广泛参与调控突触传递、突触可塑性、神经兴奋性/抑制性平衡等生理过程。研究发现,mGluR5与多种不同的神经系统疾病和非神经系统疾病密切相关,因此其作为潜在的药物治疗靶点日益受到关注。本文旨在对mGluR5的结构、分布、生理功能以及mGluR5在神经系统疾病、非神经系统疾病中的作用进行概述,以期为mGluR5在临床相关疾病中的研究提供有意义的参考。Metabolic glutamate receptor 5(mGluR5)is one of the important receptors of the glutamatergic system in the central nervous system(CNS).It plays an important role in the CNS and is widely involved in the regulation of synaptic transmission,synaptic plasticity,neural excitability/inhibition balance and other physiological processes.Many studies have found that mGluR5 is closely related to a variety of different CNS and non-CNS diseases,which has been concerned as a potential drug target.This article aims to summarize the structure,distribution,physiological function of mGluR5 and the role of mGluR5 in CNS and non-CNS diseases,thus providing meaningful reference for the research of mGluR5 in relevant diseases.
