汽轮发电机测温元件引线连接和试验分析

摘　　要：汽轮发电机运行时,需对机座内部关键部件进行温度监测,而测温元件引线连接至DCS系统需要进行引线间的连接,该连接的可靠性直接影响温度测量的准确性。为此,提出了带屏蔽层的三线制Pt100铂热电阻测温元件引线连接方法。型式试验结果表明,该连接方式是可靠的,可以保证测温元件温度监测的准确性。Temperature of the key components inside the frame needs to be monitored when the turbine generator is running,while the connection between the leads of the temperature measurement element to the DCS system needs to be made,and the reliability of this connection directly affects the accuracy of temperature measurement.Therefore,a threewire with shield layer into the Ptl00 platinum resistance thermometer temperature measuring element leads connection is proposed.The type test results show that this the connection is reliable and is able to ensure the accuracy of temperature monitoring of temperature measurement element.
