摘　　要：文章介绍了汽轮发电机转子集电环绝缘筒的装配特点,提出借助工装假轴辅助绝缘筒加工的方法,从而达到精确控制绝缘筒的装配尺寸。Assembly characteristics of the insulating cylinder of the rotor collector ring of the turbine generator is introduced in this paper and a method to assist the processing of the insulating cylinder by means of the dummy shaft tooling is proposed,thus,to reach the goal to preciously control the assembly dimensions of the insulating cylinder.
