瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩患者应用产前综合护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩患者应用产前综合护理的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月—2022年10月厦门市第三医院收治的80例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩患者的临床资料,依据患者的意愿将其分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组瘢痕子宫患者再次妊娠期间的护理方式为常规护理管理,观察组瘢痕子宫患者再次妊娠期间的护理方式为产前综合护理。比较两组瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩患者阴道分娩率、不良妊娠结局发生率、焦虑、抑郁评分,应用纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表评估患者的总满意率。结果:观察组阴道分娩率(72.50%)显著高于对照组(47.50%),观察组不良妊娠结局发生率(0)显著低于对照组(10.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前焦虑评分、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后两组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于护理前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率(97.50%)显著高于对照组(85.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩患者应用产前综合护理效果较为显著,不仅可以减少不良妊娠结局事件的发生,对于促进阴道分娩也非常有利,且能够降低患者不良心理。Objective:To analyze the effect of antenatal comprehensive nursing in patients with recurrent pregnancy and delivery with scarred uterus.Method:Clinical data of 80 patients with recurrent pregnancy and delivery with scarred uterus admitted to Xiamen Third Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the patients'wishes,they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The nursing method of patients with scarred uterus during recurrent pregnancy in the control group was routine nursing management.The nursing method during the recurrent pregnancy of the patients with scarred uterus in the observation group was antenatal comprehensive nursing.The rate of vaginal delivery,incidence of adverse pregancy outcomes,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups,and the total satisfaction rate of the patients was assessed by the Newcastle nursing service satisfaction scale.Result:The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group(72.50%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(47.50%),and the incidence of adverse pregancy outcomes in the observation group(0)was significantly lower than that in the control group(10.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in both groups were lower than those before nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of observation group(97.50%)was significantly higher than that of control group(85.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of applying antenatal comprehensive nursing to patients with recurrent pregnancy and delivery with scarred uterus is relatively significant,which can not only reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,but also be very b
