摘　　要：目的:探究“三步走”围手术期护理对腹腔镜直肠癌切除手术患者的影响。方法:选取2020年3月—2023年3月无锡市人民医院收治的108例腹腔镜直肠癌切除手术患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组(54例)和试验组(54例)。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予“三步走”围手术期护理。比较两组手术耐受情况、时间指标及术后并发症。结果:试验组手术耐受情况优良率为94.44%,高于对照组的81.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组住院时间短于对照组,首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间、首次排气时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“三步走”围手术期护理在腹腔镜直肠癌切除手术患者中的应用效果较为理想,增加了患者手术耐受度,也促进了患者术后快速恢复,减少了并发症。Objective:To explore the effect of the"three step walking"perioperative nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer resection operation.Method:A total of 108 patients underwent laparoscopic rectal cancer resection operation admitted to Wuxi People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(54 cases)and experimental group(54 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given"three-step walking"perioperative nursing.Operation tolerance condition,time index and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The excellent and good rate of operation tolerance condition in experimental group was 94.44%,which was higher than 81.48%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the first defecation time,the first getting out of bed activity time and the first exhaust time were earlier than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of"three-step walking"perioperative nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer resection operation is ideal,which increases the patients'tolerance to operation,promotes the rapid recovery of patients after.
