摘　　要：目的:探究基于人文关怀理念的手术室护理对胫骨平台骨折手术患者的影响。方法:选取2020年12月—2021年12月拟于厦门大学附属翔安医院接受手术治疗的80胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,按照掷硬币法随机为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予基于人文关怀理念的手术室护理。对比两组患者手术相关指标、心理状态、生理应激及术后疼痛情况。结果:术前,与入院时相比,两组患者焦虑自评表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评表(SDS)评分均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);和对照组患者相比,观察组患者术前SAS评分、SDS评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后24 h,与术前相比,两组患者心率(HR)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);和对照组患者相比,观察组患者术后24 h HR、DBP、SBP水平均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。和对照组相比,观察组患者手术时间、复苏室监护时间更短,术中出血量更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。和对照组相比,观察组患者术后1 d及术后3 d的疼痛评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于人文关怀理念的手术室护理能够有效地减轻胫骨平台骨折手术患者的心理应激,缩短手术时间及复苏室监护时间,减少术中出血量,减轻术后应激反应及疼痛程度。Objective:To explore the effect of operating room nursing based on humanistic care concept on patients with tibial plateau fracture operation.Method:A total of 80 patients with tibial plateau fracture who planned to receive operation in Xiang’an Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as study objects,they were randomly divided into an observation group(n=40)and a control group(n=40)according to the coin toss method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given operating room nursing based on humanistic care concept.The surgical related indicators,psychological state,physiological stress and postoperative pain were compared between the two groups.Result:Before operation,compared with the admission,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of the two groups were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower at before operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).24 h after operation,heart rate(HR),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)decreased in both groups compared with those before operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the levels of HR,DBP and SBP in observation group at 24 h after operation were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the operation time and resuscitation room monitoring time of patients in observation group were shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss was less,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the pain scores of patients in the observation group were lower at 1 d and 3 d after operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operating room nursing based on humanistic care concept can effectively reduce the psychol
