摘　　要：目的:探讨肛肠手术患者采用红蓝光照射联合中药熏洗对术后疼痛、生活质量和负性情绪的影响。方法:选取2019年2月—2022年2月淮安市第一人民医院收治的104例肛肠手术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组52例与联合组52例。对照组给予红蓝光照射,联合组给予红蓝光照射联合中药熏洗。比较两组干预前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、生活质量[生活质量量表测评(GQOL-74评分)]、负性情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)],统计两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,两组VAS评分、HAMA评分均低于干预前,且联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组GQOL-74评分较干预前均提高,且联合组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗期间不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肛肠手术患者采用红蓝光照射联合中药熏洗可缓解术后疼痛感,提高生活质量,降低负性情绪及不良反应发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of red and blue light irradiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on postoperative pain,quality of life and negative emotion in patients with anorectal surgery.Method:A total of 104 patients with anorectal surgery who admitted to Huai’an First People's Hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as study objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group 52 cases and the combination group 52 cases.The control group was given red and blue light irradiation,and the combination group was given red and blue light irradiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,quality of life[quality of life scale assessment(GQOL-74 score)]and negative emotion[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)]before and after intervention were compared between two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was analyzed.Result:After intervention,the VAS scores and HAMA scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the combination group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the GQOL-74 scores of two groups increased compared with those before intervention,and that of the combination group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the combination group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of red and blue light irradiation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in patients with anorectal surgery can alleviate postoperative pain,improve the quality of life,reduce negative emotions and the incidence of adverse reactions.
