摘  要:目的:研究锌制剂与布拉氏酵母菌联合用于轮状病毒感染患儿的效果及对免疫功能和血清炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2015年1月—2018年1月汉川市妇幼保健院收治的140例轮状病毒感染患儿作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各70例。所有患儿均接受轮状病毒感染基础治疗,观察组采取锌制剂与布拉氏酵母菌联合干预,对照组采取单纯布拉氏酵母菌干预。比较两组治疗效果,并比较两组治疗前、治疗2周后免疫功能指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD11b)、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、降钙素原(PCT)]水平。结果:观察组总有效率为91.43%,显著高于对照组75.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD11b、IL-6、TNF-α、PCT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于治疗前,CD8^(+)、CD11b、IL-6、TNF-α、PCT均低于治疗前,且观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)、CD11b、IL-6、TNF-α、PCT低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:锌制剂与布拉氏酵母菌联合用于轮状病毒感染患儿的疗效显著,可明显改善免疫功能和血清炎症因子水平。Objective:To study the effect of zinc preparation combined with Saccharomyces boulardii on children with rotavirus infection and its effect on immune function and serum inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 140 children with rotavirus infection admitted to Hanchuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.All children received basic treatment of rotavirus infection.The observation group was treated with zinc preparation and Saccharomyces boulardii.The control group was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii alone.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared,and the immune function indicators(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD11b),inflammatory factor indicators[interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),procalcitonin(PCT)]levels were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.43%,significantly higher than 75.71%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD11b,IL-6,TNF-α,PCT between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and CD8^(+),CD11b,IL-6,TNF-α,PCT were also lower than those before treatment,and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^(+),CD11b,IL-6,TNF-α,PCT were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of zinc preparation and Saccharomyces boulardii for children with rotavirus infection has a significant effect,which can significantly improving the immune function and serum inflamm
