摘　　要：目的分析床位利用指数分布特征,评价共享床位管理实践成效,为高质量发展背景下医疗资源合理配置及管理决策提供参考依据。方法收集2021年1—8月及2022年1—8月某三级甲等医院各科室的床位使用率、床位周转数量信息,计算床位利用指数并绘制波士顿矩阵图,结合图示分析共享床位管理实施前后的差异。结果2022年1—8月,全院29个科室中有13个为“床位效率型”(44.8%),9个为“床位周转型”(31.1%),2个为“床位压床型”(6.9%),5个为“床位闲置型”(17.2%)。与2021年1—8月同期比较,床位使用率上升至90.18%,床位周转数量从28.72次上升至30.16次,平均住院日从6.61日下降至6.53日,“床位效率型”科室增加4个,“床位闲置型”科室减少1个。结论共享床位管理能有效提升全院床位资源利用率,优化床位利用指数分布,推动医疗质量与安全管理,在增加患者对优质医疗资源可及性的同时,促进医院运营效率提升。Objective To analyze the characteristics of bed utilization index distribution,evaluate the effectiveness of bed-sharing management practices,and provide a reference basis for rational allocation of medical resources and management decisions in the context of high-quality development.Methods The information on bed utilization rate and bed turnover of each hospital department from January to August,2021 and from January to August,2022 was collected,the bed utilization index was calculated and a Boston matrix diagram was drawn to analyze the differences before and after the implementation of shared bed management in combination with the diagram.Results From Janu⁃ary to August,2022,13 of the 29 departments in the hospital were“bed efficiency type”(44.8%);9 were“bed turnover type”(31.1%);2 were“bed pressure type”(6.9%);5 are“bed idle type”(17.2%),compared with the same period of January-August,2021,the bed utilization rate rose to 90.18%,the number of bed turnover in⁃creased from 28.72 to 30.16,the average hospitalization day decreased from 6.61 to 6.53 The average inpatient day decreased from 6.61 to 6.53 days,the number of“bed efficiency”departments increased by 4 and the number of“bed idle”departments decreased by 1.Conclusion Bed-sharing management can effectively improve the utilization of bed resources throughout the hospital,optimize the distribution of bed utilization index,promote medical quality and safety management,and contributed to higher operational and social efficiency while increasing patient access to high-quality medical resources.
