基于二级库管理的医用耗材精准调价策略与实证研究

摘　　要：目的通过设定基于医用耗材二级库的调价策略,实现医用耗材采购支出与收费收入匹配,最大限度减少收支差异。方法基于医用耗材二级库库存管理功能,优化现有的系统功能设置,增加系统记录调价库存和每日统计出库量的功能,实现延迟、精准推送调价信息。结果2020年6月新功能上线以来,耗材收费价格调整时间和旧价格库存消耗时间差缩小至1天,因耗材调价导致的成本亏损金额占调价耗材收费总金额的比例从2019年7月—2020年6月的0.77‰降至2020年7月—2021年6月的0.19‰,多收费金额占调价耗材收费总金额的比例也从7.19‰降至5.34‰。结论调价策略有效降低了医用耗材调价的成本亏损和多收费风险,并极大促进了医院信息系统建设,积极发挥统筹兼顾、动态平衡的现代化管理作用。Objective Through setting the price adjustment strategy based on the medical consumables secondary library,to achieve the matching of medical consumables procurement expenditure and medical income.To minimize the difference between income and expenditure.Methods Based on the medical consumables secondary library man⁃agement,it optimizes system function settings,to increase the system record price adjustment inventory and daily statistics out of the storeroom.To achieve delayed and precise price adjustment.Results Since the function launched in June 2020,the time difference between the price adjustment of consumables and the consumption time of the old price inventory was reduced to one day.The ratio of cost loss amount due to price adjustment of medical con⁃sumables to the total amount of price adjustment of medical consumables charge decreased from 0.77‰in July 2019-June 2020 to 0.19‰in July 2020-June 2021,and the amount of overcharges as a percentage of the total amount of price adjustment of medical consumables also decreased from 7.19‰to 5.34‰.Conclusion This price adjustment strategy effectively reduces the cost loss and overcharge risk of medical consumables price adjustment,and greatly promote the hospital information system.This practice actively plays an comprehensive and dynamic balance of modern management.
