地坪用双组分水性聚氨酯亚光面漆的研制

摘　　要：选择以自产自消光水性羟基丙烯酸分散体和亲水改性多异氰酸酯固化剂作为主要成膜物质,研制了一款适合地坪使用的双组分水性聚氨酯亚光面漆。讨论了-NCO与-OH物质的量比、成膜助剂、PVC/CPVC值、养护条件对漆膜性能的影响,通过实验确定了n(-NCO)n/(-OH)为1.6、成膜助剂TPM用量为4%、PVC/CPVC值为0.8,在通风良好、温度10~30℃、相对湿度≤80%的养护条件下所制备的漆膜综合性能最优。所制备的双组分水性聚氨酯亚光面漆漆膜光泽低、耐磨性好、硬度高、附着力好、耐化学性、耐黄变优异、水性环保、低VOC,可以在地坪领域中进行广泛的应用。A 2K waterborne polyurethane matte finish suitable for floor was developed by using self-produced matt waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersion and hydrophilic modifie polyisocyanate curing agent as main film-forming materials.The effects of n(-NCO)/n(-OH),film-forming agent,PVC/CPVC value and curing condition on the properties of the paint film were discussed.The comprehensive performance of the paint film was the best when the n(-NCO)/n(-OH)was 1.6,the amount of TPM was 4%,the PVC/CPVC value was 0.8 under the curing conditions of good ventilation,temperature between 10℃to 30℃and humidity≤80%.The prepared 2K waterborne polyurethane matte floor coating has low gloss,good abrasion resistance,high hardness,good adhesion,chemical resistance,excellent yellowing resistance,waterborne environmental protection and low VOC,and has been widely used in the flooring field.
