摘　　要：通过对水性羟基丙烯酸分散体、润湿剂、流平剂、消泡剂、抗流挂助剂的筛选,制备了满足Q/CR 546.1—2016《动车组用涂料与涂装第1部分:车体外表面用涂料及涂层体系》标准要求的轨交车辆用水性聚氨酯面漆。该面漆具有良好的光泽外观和涂膜性能,并且具有比较宽的施工窗口,可以替代现有的溶剂型面漆产品。A waterborne polyurethane topcoat has been prepared.The effects of waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersion,wetting agent,leveling agent,defoamer,anti-sagging additives on the properties of the prepared topcoat are investigated.The results show that the topcoat can meet the requirements of standard Q/CR 546.1—2016.It exhibits good gloss and film performance.Meanwhile,it has a long activated period and can replace the solvent-based topcoat.
