摘　　要：本研究文采用壬基酚对环氧树脂进行改性,再与二乙醇胺反应,经冰醋酸中和后制备色浆分散树脂,探究了色浆分散树脂的合成条件并对其结构进行表征。进一步研制色浆,考察了研磨时间、固体分及颜基比对色浆性能的影响,研究了色浆与电泳专用乳液的配套性能。结果表明,色浆分散树脂制备成功,且对颜填料的分散效果优异,色浆贮存稳定性和施工性能优良。In this paper,nonylphenol was used to modify epoxy resin,and the prepared resin was reacted with diethanolamine,then a pigment dispersion resin was prepared after neutralization with glacial acetic acid.The synthesis condition and structure of the pigment dispersion resin were studied.The pigment paste was developed.The effects of grinding time,solid content and P/B ratio on the performance of pigment paste were investigated.The compatibility of the pigment paste and cathodic electrophoretic emulsion was studied.The results showed that the pigment dispersion resin was successfully prepared,and the dispersion effect on pigments was excellent.The storage stability and construction performance of the pigment paste were good.
