摘　　要：以固定污染源烟气排放连续监测系统第三方运维商使用的气体标准物质为样本,依据JJF 1117-2010《计量比对》和GB/T 10628-2008《气体分析校准混合气组成的测定和校验比较法》开展量值核验。根据气体标准物质证书信息,核查标准物质证书或编号、标准物质标签和证书是否齐全、规范。对环境监测领域中气体标准物质量值及相关技术资料存在的问题进行风险评估,为生态环境部门和市场监督管理部门监管标准物质的生产和使用提供技术支持。The gas reference material used by third party operators in the continuous emission monitoring system of flue gas from stationary sources were taken as samples,and the quantitative verification was carried out according to JJF 1117-2010"Measurement Comparison"and GB/T 10628-2008"Gas Analysis—Comparison Methods for Determining and Checking the Composition of Calibration Gas Mixtures".According to the gas reference material certificate information,the reference material certificate or number,the reference material label and the certificate were checked whether they are complete and standardized.Risk assessment on the problems existing in the quantity value of gas reference material and related technical data in the field of environmental monitoring,and provide technical support for the ecological environment department and market regulation department in the supervision of the production and use of reference material in this field.
