摘 要:环境条件是计量工作的重要一环。根据重复试验的需要,许多规程强调了试验中温湿度变化量的指标。由于检定过程中,常用的两种温湿度表无法实时记录试验时的温湿度变化,因此,无法满足规程中对温湿度变化量的监控需求。本文设计了一种计量专用的温湿度监控系统,使用Micro:bit与DHT22传感器,实时采集试验室的温湿度数据,并实现监控与报警。试验证明:该系统操作简单、误差精度高、便携性强,满足检定员现场试验的需要。Environmental conditions are an important part of metrology.According to the need of repeated test, many regulations emphasize the index of temperature and humidity change in the test.In the verification process, the two commonly used temperature and humidity tables cannot record the temperature and humidity changes during the test in real time, so they cannot meet the monitoring requirements of temperature and humidity changes in the regulations.In this paper, a special temperature and humidity monitoring system is designed, which uses Micro: bit and DHT22 sensors to collect temperature and humidity data in the laboratory in real time, and realize monitoring and alarm.The test results show that the system is simple in operation, high in error precision and portable, and can meet the needs of field test by inspectors.
