摘　　要：可燃气体报警器是安全监控的“火眼金睛”,其报警功能至关重要,但国内外缺乏科学判断报警功能的量化指标及校准方法。JJG 693-2011《可燃气体检测报警器检定规程》规定以高于报警设定点的浓度进行报警功能检测,但可能导致误报和不报。为科学表征报警功能,本文定义了报警阈值、有效报警区和检测步距,提出了报警阈值测定方法,设计了报警功能校准装置,并开展了报警阈值和报警时间测量试验,为科学校准可燃气体报警器报警功能探索了方向。Combustible gas alarmer is the"golden eye"of safety monitoring,and its alarm function is crucial,but there is a lack of quantitative indicators and calibration methods for scientific judgment of alarm function at home and abroad.JJG 693-2011"Verification Regulations of Alarmer Detectors of Combustible Gas"stipulates that the alarm function is detected at a concentration higher than the alarm set point,but it may lead to false alarms and no alarm.In order to scientifically characterize the alarm function,this paper defines the threshold of alarming,effective alarming range and measuring pace,proposes the measurement method for the threshold of alarming,designs the alarm function calibration device,and carries out the measurement tests of the threshold of alarming and alarm time,which explores the direction for scientific calibration of the alarm function of combustible gas alarmer.
