摘 要:目前,温湿度变送器的校准通常采用手持精密万用表进行测量,然后将测得的电压或电流值换算后的温湿度值与标准温湿度值进行比对,但该过程耗时费力。因此,本文提出一种基于ZigBee的无线温湿度变送器自动校准系统设计,以ZigBee芯片为核心,通过终端无线组网、高精度采集模块方法,实现无线数据传输、客户端实时动态数据展示、自动分析、报表自动生成等功能,能有效提升校准数据的精度、可靠性和校准效率。At present,the calibration of the temperature and humidity transmitter is usually measured by a handheld precision multimeter,and then the temperature and humidity value after conversion of the measured voltage or current value is compared with the standard temperature and humidity value,but the process is time-consuming and laborious.Therefore,this paper proposes a ZigBee-based automatic calibration system design for wireless temperature and humidity transmitters.With ZigBee chip as the core,wireless data transmission,real-time dynamic data display on the client side,automatic analysis,automatic report generation and other functions are realized through terminal wireless networking and high-precision acquisition module method.It can effectively improve the accuracy,reliability and efficiency of calibration data.
