摘　　要：在线阅读社区的用户互动对于保持社区活跃度和持续发展具有重要意义。为了解社区用户群体互动的特征和影响因素,文章选取豆瓣“N小时读书”小组为对象,采用社会网络分析法,发现用户互动网络密度低,节点分布具有无标度、二八分布和小世界效应特征,存在4种互动角色;采用内容分析法将用户互动内容归纳为9类;采用统计分析法发现发帖数、发帖文本长度和主题会影响回帖数。虚拟阅读社区用户互动特点可概括为兴趣驱动和自发性、阅读与社交交织、“中心化”与“去中心化”并存、互动促进阅读,也存在互动不充分、深层次互动不足、互动关系不紧密、互动内容的信息组织水平低等问题,最后指出应强化阅读社区管理团队的运营责任、采取多种方式激发社区互动活力、提升信息组织水平、深化社区互动层次、增强社区所在平台的支持和管理职能。User interaction in virtual reading community is of great significance to a community’s level of activity and sustainable development.In the effort to understand the characteristics and influencing factors of users’interaction in such online communities,the article examines one of the Douban reading groups.By means of social network analysis,the study finds that user interaction network density is low;the distribution of nodes follows the law of scale-free,Pareto principle and small world phenomenon;and there are 4 interactive roles.Using the content analysis method,it organizes user interaction under 9 categories.With a statistical analysis,it suggests that the number of posts,the length of text and the theme of posts affect the number of replies.Users’interaction in the online reading group is interest-driven and spontaneous,where reading is interwoven with social networking,centralization coexists with decentralization,and interactions boost reading.There are also some problems such as insufficient interaction,the inadequacy of deep-level interaction,weak interaction relationship,and low level of information organization of interactive content.The paper points out that it is necessary to strengthen the management team’s responsibility for operating the reading community,stimulate the vitality of interaction in a community,improve the level of information organization,deepen community interactions,and enhance the support and management functions of the platform where an online community is implemented.
