摘　　要：近年来,伴随工业大麻在化学、生命科学、医学、材料科学、工程技术等领域的迅猛发展,工业大麻成为热点专利申请领域。基于incoPat数据库,利用关键词设计检索工业大麻相关专利文献,分析全球工业大麻专利申请情况,发现国内外工业大麻相关的专利技术都经历了萌芽期、起步期和成长期三个阶段,其行业分布主要在医用或梳妆用的配制品,以及化合物或药物制剂的特定治疗活性等领域。未来,国外工业大麻专利技术将重点布局医用或梳妆用的配制品,食品、食料或非酒精饮料及其制备或处理等领域。国内将重点在化合物或药物制剂的特定治疗活性领域布局,也将在化妆品或梳妆用配置品的特定用途,层状产品,咖啡、茶的代用品及其制造、泡制等领域开展新布局。In recent years,with the rapid development of industrial hemp in chemistry,life science,medicine,material science,and engineering technology,etc.,industrial hemp has become a hot field of patent application.Based on incoPat database,the study uses keywords to design and retrieve industrial hemp patent literature,and analyzes the application for global industrial hemp patent.It is found that all the patented technologies related to industrial hemp at home and abroad have experienced three stages:embryonic,initial and growth stage,and its industry distribution is mainly in the field of medicinal or cosmetic products,and the specific therapeutic activity of compounds or pharmaceutical preparations.In the future,foreign industrial hemp patent technology will focus on the distribution of medical or grooming products,food,food or non-alcoholic beverages and their preparation or processing fields.China will focus on the specific therapeutic activity of chemical compounds or pharmaceutical preparations,and will also focus on the new fields,such as specific utilization of cosmetics or toiletries,layered products,coffee and tea substitutes and their manufacturing and brewing.
