摘　　要：通过问卷调查形式探讨精准就业引导对大学生就业率的影响。将参与调研的298名大四毕业生分为研究组和对照组,研究组参加精准就业引导干预,对照组不参加。结果表明,精准就业引导能够显著提升大学生的就业率,参加精准就业引导的大学生就业概率显著高于未参加精准就业引导的大学生。精准就业引导不能仅针对毕业生展开,建议学校搭建在线服务平台,为全校学生提供便捷的咨询和服务渠道,鼓励其探索适合自己的职业发展之路,提高大学生的职业竞争力及自信心。The study explores the influence of precise employment guidance on the employment rate of college students with questionnaire survey,investigates 298 graduating senior college students,and divides them into research group and control group.Research group receive precise employment guidance,but control group don’t.The results show that precise employment guidance can significantly improve the employment rate of college students.The employment probability of college students who receive precise employment guidance is significantly higher than those who don’t.Precise employment guidance can not be only developed among graduates.It is suggested for colleges to establish online service platform,provide students with convenient consulting and service channel,encourage them to explore the occupational development path which is suitable for them,and promote their occupational competitiveness and confidence.
