摘  要:工程建设中,应用BIM4D技术构建施工过程动态仿真模型,能够优化施工方案,保障施工质量及工期。为了实现BIM4D模型效益的最大化,文章以凤港闸项目为例,从水闸施工特性、BIM软件选用、模型构建、施工管控等方面进行论述,研究BIM4D技术应用方案。提交了优质的模型成果,形成了数字化施工管理平台,助力高效施工管控,保障了施工目标的完成。BIM4D模型应用在水闸施工中的效能显著。In construction projects,the application of BIM 4D technology to construct dynamic simulation models of the construction process can optimize construction plans and ensure both construction quality and schedule adherence.To maximize the benefits of BIM 4D models,this paper takes Fenggang Sluice Project as a case study and discusses various aspects including the characteristics of sluice construction,selection of BIM software,model construction and construction management and control.It investigates the application of BIM 4D technology by presenting high-quality model deliverables and establishing a digital construction management platform,which facilitates efficient construction management and ensures the achievement of construction objectives.The effectiveness of utilizing BIM 4D models in sluice construction is significant.
