摘 要:按照水利部标准化管理和江苏省水利厅精细化管理要求,不断提高水闸泄洪流量控制的精准性已成为提升水利工程管理水平的重要措施。文章经调查分析,三河闸流量控制误差产生的症结为淹没孔流流态下闸门开度偏差。通过研究并采取更新闸位编码器数值与实际开度转换关系、调整闸门启闭机下限位时钢丝绳状态等措施,将三河闸流量精准控制的合格率由70.5%提升至93.2%,可为类似大型水闸流量精准控制提供借鉴。In accordance with the standardization management requirements of the Ministry of Water Resources and the refined management requirements of the Water Resources Department of Jiangsu Province,enhancing the accuracy of flood discharge flow control for sluices has become an important measure to improve the management level of water conservancy projects.This paper,through investigation and analysis,identifies the key factor leading to the flow control error of Sanhe Gate as the deviation in gate opening under submerged orifices flow conditions.By studying and implementing measures such as updating the numerical-to-actual opening relationship of the gate position encoder and adjusting the steel wire rope status during the lower limit setting of the gate operating mechanism,the qualified rate of accurate flow control for Sanhe Gate has been improved from 70.5%to 93.2%.This research can provide reference for similar large-scale sluices in achieving accurate flow control.
