摘 要:采用粉末冶金法+热压工艺制备了不同Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒直径的1 vol%Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu基复合材料,使用光学显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)观察了复合材料的显微组织,利用电子拉伸试验机测试了复合材料的力学性能。基于弹/塑性理论推导出了复合材料中颗粒周边的弹性区宽度的表达式。结果表明:Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒直径对Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu基复合材料强度及基体晶粒尺寸有着较大的影响;Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒直径越大,Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu基复合材料的抗拉强度、屈服强度越小;当Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒直径为5μm时,Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu基复合材料的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别为207和90 MPa,是铜试样的95.8%和95.7%。1 vol%Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu matrix composites with different Al_(2)O_(3) particle diameters were prepared by powder metallurgy method and hot pressing process.Microstructure of the composites was observed by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the mechanical properties of the composites were tested by an electronic tensile testing machine.The expression for the width of the elastic zone around particles in the composites was derived based on elastic/plastic theory.The results show that the diameter of Al_(2)O_(3) particles has a significant influence on the strength and matrix grain size of the Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu matrix composites.The larger the diameter of Al_(2)O_(3) particles,the smaller the tensile strength and yield strength of the Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu matrix composites.When the diameter of Al_(2)O_(3) particles is 5μm,the tensile strength and yield strength of the Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu matrix composites are 207 and 90 MPa,respectively,which are 95.8% and 95.7% of those of copper sample.
