摘  要:为探究Al2O3含量对Al2O3/Cu复合材料热变形行为的影响,采用内氧化法制备了3种Al2O3含量(0.28、0.66和1.13 mass%)的Al2O3/Cu复合材料,通过热模拟实验对其热变形行为进行了研究。结果表明:在823、923和1223 K时,随着Al2O3/Cu复合材料中Al2O3含量的增加,复合材料的峰值应力逐渐增大;显微组织观察发现,由于1.13 Al2O3/Cu复合材料内动态软化积累程度最大,导致其在1023和1123 K下出现了峰值应力下降现象。经热挤压后,在热变形过程中Al2O3/Cu复合材料的软化效果以动态回复为主。同时,发现0.28 Al2O3/Cu和0.66 Al2O3/Cu复合材料的热激活能相近,1.13 Al2O3/Cu复合材料的热激活能远高于前两者,并分别获得了不同Al2O3含量的Al2O3/Cu复合材料本构关系。采用动态材料模型(DMM)建立了Al2O3/Cu复合材料的热加工图,随着Al2O3含量的增加,热加工图中功率耗散系数η>0.3区域逐渐减小且向高温高应变速率方向移动;就失稳面积而言,0.66 Al2O3/Cu复合材料的失稳区域占比最小。In order to investigate the effect of Al_(2)O_(3) content on hot deformation behavior of Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu composites,three kinds of Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu composites with different Al_(2)O_(3) contents(0.28,0.66 and 1.13 mass%)were prepared by internal oxidation method,and their hot deformation behaviors were studied by thermal simulation experiments.The results show that at 823,923 and 1223 K,with the increase of Al_(2)O_(3) content in the Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu composites,the peak stress of the composites increases gradually.The microstructure observation shows that the peak stress of the 1.13 Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu composites decreases at 1023 K and 1123 K due to the maximum accumulation of dynamic softening in the composites.After hot extrusion,the softening effect of the Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu composites during hot deformation is mainly dynamic recovery.At the same time,it is found that the hot activation energies of the 0.28 Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu and 0.66 Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu composites are similar,the hot activation energy of the 1.13 Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu composites is much higher than the former two,and the constitutive equations of the Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu composites with different Al_(2)O_(3) contents are obtained respectively.The hot processing map of the Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu composite is established by using dynamic material model(DMM).With the increase of Al_(2)O_(3) content,the area with power dissipation coefficient η>0.3 in the hot processing map gradually decreases and moves towards high temperature and high strain rate.As far as the area of instability,0.66 Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu composites have the smallest proportion of instability area.
