摘  要:金能煤业2#煤层为松散破碎煤层,1201首采面顺槽沿底掘进期间变形量大、持续时间长,通过理论分析、钻孔窥视等手段分析破坏原因,确定围岩强度不足、支护方式不合理是引起巷道变形破坏的主要原因,提出采用长锚索+W钢带/工字钢+双层网的改进支护方式。试验结果表明:掘巷期间围岩稳定,顶板下沉量最大为14.8~17.4 mm,两帮移近量最大为5.2~7.4 mm,支护效果良好,可在后续工作面回采巷道推广使用。Aiming at the large deformation and long duration during the excavation along the crossheading bottom at 1201 first mining face in No.2 loose-and-broken coal seam of Jinneng Coal Industry Co.Ltd.,the author determines the roadway deformation and damage results from the adequate surrounding rock strength and the unreasonable support method by means of theoretical analysis and borehole peeping,and proposes an improved support method with long anchor cable,W-typed steel belt or I-typed beam and double-layer mesh,whose test results show that the surrounding rock is stable during the roadway excavation with 14.8~17.4 mm maximum roof subsidence and 5.2~7.4 mm maximum convergence of the two sides.
