摘 要:马兰矿南一下组煤采区准备巷道在掘进期间围岩变形速度快、持续时间长;为更加有效地控制围岩变形破坏,综合运用矿压监测、实地调研、数值模拟等手段进行分析,并拟定了锚网索喷优化支护方案;通过模拟研究原有支护及优化支护条件下塑性区分布、围岩变形特征,预测优化支护方案的围岩控制效果;在集中回风巷新掘段,巷道围岩表面变形量已经大幅下降;该支护方案能够有力保障矿井的生产安全和效率。In view of high speed and long duration of surrounding rock deformation in driving period in preparing roadway of South lower group coal mining area of Malan Colliery,the author proposes the optimization support with bolt-mesh-cable shotcreting by means of mining pressure monitoring,field investigation and numerical simulation,whose effects of surrounding rock control can be predicted through simulation study on the plastic zone distribution,surrounding rock deformation characteristics under the original and optimization support condition,ensuring the production safety and efficiency of mine.
