摘  要:塔山矿特厚煤层渐变煤柱区域巷道掘进过程中易出现片帮、冒顶、底鼓、煤炮等动力现象,通过现场对动力现象观测、记录分析,认为煤炮现象多发生在破煤掘进工序;拟定采用两次截割成巷的掘进方法以减少掘进对围岩的扰动;实施新掘进工艺后,巷道动力现象显现减弱,掘进效率明显提升;可为渐变煤柱沿空掘巷动力灾害治理提供经验借鉴。Aiming at the dynamic phenomena such as rib spalling,roof fall,floor heave and coal blasting during roadway excavation in transition coal pillar with extra-thick coal seam in Tashan Colliery,the paper determines the coal blasting occurs in the excavation process of breaking coal through on-site dynamic phenomena observation and records analysis and proposes the twice-cutting-tunneling excavation method to reduce the excavation disturbance on surrounding rock,which can improve the excavation efficiency with weakening dynamic phenomena and provide an experience reference for the dynamic disaster control in gob-side entry driving in transition coal pillar area.
