摘 要:目的制备头花蓼双层纳米纤维功能敷料,并对其外观形貌、内部结构及其性能进行研究。方法通过考察头花蓼提取物的主要成分没食子酸和槲皮素的抑菌活性和促愈合效果,将头花蓼作为活性成分,运用静电纺丝技术制备头花蓼双层纳米纤维功能敷料。利用扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱和X-射线衍射对敷料的微观形貌及内部结构进行表征。并对敷料的吸水性、水蒸气透过率、机械性能、体外药物释放行为以及促伤口愈合效果进行研究。结果头花蓼双层纳米纤维功能敷料断面显示清晰的双层结构,平均直径为(476±88)nm,孔隙率为95.77%,无串珠现象,具有良好的吸水性、透气性、防护性、适合创面护理使用的机械性能以及较好的促进伤口愈合能力。结论头花蓼双层纳米纤维功能敷料有望成为在创面护理领域除传统创面敷料以外的又一种选择。Objective To fabricate and study the bilayer nanofibers functional dressing of Polygonum capitatum and its micro morphology,internal structure and properties.Methods The antibacterial activity and wound healing promoting effect of gallic acid and quercetin,the main components of Polygonum capitatum extract,were investigated.The bilayer nanofibers functional dressing for wound care were fabricated using electrospinning method with Polygonum capitatum as active ingredient.The micro morphology and internal structure of the dressing were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.And the water absorption,water vapor permeability,mechanical properties,in vitro drug release behavior and wound healing effect of the dressing were studied.Results The bilayer nanofibers functional dressing of Polygonum capitatum showed a clear bilayer structure,with an average diameter of(476±88)nm and a porosity of 95.77%,and there was no beading phenomenon.What's more,it also exhibited excellent water absorption,water-vapor permeability,protective properties,suitable mechanical properties for wound care and the ability of promoting wound healing.Conclusion The bilayer nanofibers functional dressing of Polygonum capitatum is expected to become another choice in the field of wound nursing in addition to traditional wound dressing.
