摘  要:目的建立天葵菌毒清颗粒(TKJDQG)挥发油的气相色谱(GC)指纹图谱并对棕榈酸进行含量测定。方法本实验采用气相色谱法,DB5毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm);FID为检测器,检测器温度为280℃;进样口温度250℃;采用程序升温;载气为高纯氮气(≥99.999%);流速2 mL·min^(-1);进样量1.0μL。结果10批样品共标定了25个共有峰,相似度≥0.981。结论该方法操作简便、可靠,可用于天葵菌毒清颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish a gas chromatographic(GC)fingerprint of the volatile oil components of Tiankuijunduqing granules and determine the content of palmitic acid.Methods The Gas chromatography analysis was performed on an DB5 capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm).The detector was FID and the detector temperature was 280℃.The sample was eluted by temperature programmed method.The carrier gas was highpurity nitrogen(≥99.999%)with a volume flow rate of 2 mL·min^(-1).The inlet temperature was 250℃and injection volume was 1.0μL.Results 25 common peaks were obtained from 10 batches of samples,and the similarity was all above 0.981.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,safe and can be used for the quality of TKJDQG.
