摘　　要：绥远城将军是清朝中央政权派驻漠南地区的最高长官,在处理公务过程中形成的满文档案多与绥远城修建、八旗官兵移驻、设置官员管带、比丁按数均齐、供应钱粮草料、承应各项差务、将军接任、谢恩、出差、派遣八旗官兵赴漠北乌里雅苏台换防和八旗官学设置沿革等问题相关,具有珍贵的学术价值.General of Suiyuan City was the highest official of the central government of the Qing Dynasty stationed in the southern part of the Mo region,and the Manchu documents formed in the process of handling official duties were mostly related to the construction of Suiyuan City,the stationing of officers and soldiers of the Eight Banners,the establishment of banners for the placement of officers,the setting of official pipe bands,the number of biddings,the management of the identity of the banner people,the supply of money,grain and fodder,the undertaking of various errands,the takeover of generals,thanks,the pilgrimage,business trips,resignation,sending officers and soldiers of the Eight Banners to change defense in northern Uriastai,and the history of the establishment of the Eight Flags official school,which are of precious academic value.
