摘 要:渤海P油田采出程度低、综合含水高,水驱进入中高含水开发阶段,水流优势通道层位发育明显。低界面张力水基微球初始粒径小、注入性良好,且具有较低的界面张力,能进行乳化微调。研究表明,低界面张力水基微球封堵率超过80%,采用高-低浓度段塞方式注入提高采收率幅度较高。该项技术在P油田G井组进行了现场应用,注入过程中压力缓慢上升后趋于稳定,整体上升幅度小于2MPa,其中典型受益井G60H最大日增油10m^(3),最大日降水3%,累计增油1090m^(3),为此类微球调驱技术提供了参考。P oilfield in the Bohai Sea has low recovery degree and high comprehensive water cut,and water drive has entered the middle and high water cut development stage.The water-based microspheres with low interfacial tension have small initial particle size,good injectivity and low interfacial tension,and can perform emulsification fine-tuning.The experimental results showed that the plugging rate of water-based microspheres with low interfacial tension was more than 80%,and the injection with high-low concentration slug method can improve the recovery rate.The technology was applied in the field in the G well group of P oilfield.During the injection process,the pressure rose slowly and then tended to be stable,with the overall increase of less than 2MPa.The typical beneficiary well G60H had a maximum daily oil increase of 10m^(3),a maximum daily precipitation of 3%,and a cumulative oil increase of 1090m^(3),providing a reference for this kind of microsphere flooding technology.
